Terms and Conditions Governing Instalment Purchases at Morach Planet

Initial Deposit Requirement

Buyers are required to make an initial deposit of no less than one-third (1/3) or one-half (1/2) of the total cost of the desired equipment or products.

Return on Investment (ROI) for Contributors

A 10% return on investment (ROI) will be applied to funds provided by investors, which will be utilized to complete the capital required for procurement.

Payment Duration

All outstanding balances must be fully paid within three (3) months, including applicable interest.

Release of Products

Goods or equipment will be released to the buyer only upon completion of full payment.

Default Policy

In the event of a default, the buyer will forfeit 10% of the initial deposit. The remaining portion of the deposit may be refunded, subject to terms.

Additional Provisions

All payments are to be made through officially approved channels.

Buyers are encouraged to retain payment receipts for record-keeping and verification purposes.
